Discover Our MissionOur Foundation
J316 LLC is a Franklin, Tennessee-based strategic holding company founded on the conviction that institutional excellence and purposeful mission are not in tension — they amplify each other.
Through what we call the Dual-Engine Strategy, J316 integrates world-class corporate governance with a deep commitment to human flourishing. Our corporate infrastructure provides the economic engine; our kingdom mission provides the purpose. Neither succeeds without the other.
We operate across domestic and international markets, maintaining rigorous fiduciary discipline while investing in the communities and systems that create lasting change.
Our name is not a brand choice — it is a declaration. Every decision made under the J316 banner is held against the question: does this serve something larger than ourselves?
Our Work
We operate across four interconnected domains — each one reinforcing the others within our integrated strategic framework.
01
Infrastructure and industrial node development across domestic and international markets. We identify, structure, and activate high-impact opportunities with institutional-grade discipline and long-horizon thinking.
02
Global supply chain strategy built on award-recognized logistics leadership. We bring executive-level expertise to complex multi-modal and cross-border logistics challenges, from industrial node planning to last-mile precision.
03
Cross-border investment and development through aligned international entities operating in full compliance with applicable law. Our international portfolio focuses on real estate, infrastructure, and emerging market positioning.
04
Channeling resources toward community resilience and systemic flourishing. Through our foundation partnerships, we invest in the eight dimensions of human well-being — not as charity, but as strategic, long-term impact.

NASSTRAC Shipper of the YearProject Siloam Program Director · J316 LLC
Angel “AJ” Meneses Jr. serves as Program Director for Project Siloam, J316 LLC’s community flourishing initiative in the Luzon Economic Corridor, where he leads the operational delivery of mission programs connecting disciplined strategic development with community-level impact.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Angel enlisted in the United States Army and served for 24 years, earning every enlisted rank and leading at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. His career encompassed Foreign Internal Defense, Counter-Insurgency, Humanitarian Assistance, International Development, and Special Operations support — including doctrine development in support of strategic objectives. Medically retired in 2018 with a 100% disability rating due to combat-related injuries, Angel continued his service by establishing a teaching farm supporting service members, veterans, and their families. During the COVID-19 outbreak, the farm provided fresh meats and vegetables to families while supporting state and USDA food-resilience initiatives.
Through his post-military service — spanning local church ministry, homelessness outreach, mental-health advocacy, agricultural resilience, and international mission development — Angel discovered a deeper calling to serve veterans, families, and vulnerable communities through a whole-person approach to human flourishing. At J316 LLC, he leads Project Siloam by bringing together military leadership, agricultural sustainability, veteran care, and faith-informed service to build systems that strengthen people, communities, and mission-driven institutions across the Luzon Economic Corridor.
